Initially, I made a purchase of said top ;in purple, along with two other items. I received 5% Civil Servant discount. After leaving the store for just about 5 minutes, I realize this blouse was slightly damaged. When I went back to the store to make and exchange, they had no more blouse in a purple XL, so I chose an XL in teal blue. The cashier making the exchange, told me that after scanning, this new item, the discount was not being applied and I would have to pay the difference. So I had two options, to leave with the damaged blouse or to pay the difference on the blouse I wanted to exchange it to. Bare in mind, same item, same size, just a colour difference. Luckily there was another cashier who was kind enough to assist, and i was able to complete my exchange.
