After placing an order through our standard order form on our Website, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order (Acknowledgement). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your order has been accepted (Confirmation). You will pay all Fees payable for a Charged Service at the time your request or application for a Charged Service is accepted by Maxie Department Store. Payment for all Products must be by NCB keycard, credit or debit card. We accept payment with Keycard, Visa and Mastercard. All Fees are in Jamaican and US dollars and are inclusive of GCT (being tax levied in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 and includes tax levied in substitution for such tax). You will pay all other applicable taxes, import duties, levies or tariffs which may be payable (if any).
Product prices and delivery charges, if any, are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation. Please retain a copy of your receipt that shows each transaction processed. Payment for all Products must be by NCB keycard, credit or debit card. We accept payment with Keycard, Visa and Mastercard. NO CASH REFUNDS. Exchange with receipt within (7) days. No exchange/Refund on underwear, Bra, Swimwear and Discounted items (Final Sale). A 5% restocking fee will be charged.
20. Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Orders are normally shipped out within (5) business days of your original order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take 24-48 hours to process your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
For back ordered items in any order, it will be automatically ship out as soon as we receive the item in the order placed. You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email once your back ordered items have shipped.
